Online Delivery: All services are delivered online. Completed projects will be sent to you via email or our designated online platform. We do not offer paper or physical delivery.

Delivery Time: Delivery time will vary depending on the complexity and scale of the specific project. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Revisions and Feedback: We offer a certain number of free revisions, the specific number of which will be specified in the project contract. Please provide feedback promptly upon receiving the initial draft so that we can make necessary adjustments.

Final Delivery: After all agreed revisions have been made, the client will receive the final version of the video file. This file will be provided to the client via email or an online download link.

File Format: The final delivered video file will be delivered in the format specified by the client in the contract. If not specified, we typically use a standard format (such as MP4) for delivery.

Technical Support: If you encounter any technical problems after receiving the delivery, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide support.

Ownership and Copyright

Once you have completed payment and received the final delivered work, Kathryn Post Pro LLC will transfer the right to use the work to the client. However, we reserve the rights to create, promote, and display the project.
