- Refund Policy
All services sold are non-refundable unless the delivered item has a serious defect. In this case, the customer must submit a defect report within 7 days of receiving the final delivery for our review and processing. - Defect Definition
A defect refers to a video file quality that does not meet the standards agreed upon in the contract or is not produced according to the customer’s instructions. If you believe the delivered work is defective, please provide a detailed description and supporting evidence (such as screenshots or video clips). - Revision and Redesign
If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered work, we are happy to provide revision and redesign services. Specific service details and the number of revisions will be specified in the project contract.
